How can I get invoice for my charging session?

In the IONITY App

If you started your charging session via the IONITY App or IONITY charging card, your invoice will be sent automatically to your email within 24 hours.

‍You can also download it directly from the IONITY App:

  1. Open the app and go to “Sessions”.
  2. Find the charging session you want.
  3. Tap the download iconc to get your invoice.

When using a contactless payment terminal (NFC) / QR code / payment website

Invoices can be accessed via the Receipt Portal: https://receipts.ionity.eu

Please note: that invoices may take up to 24–48 hours to become available in the receipt portal.
