In the IONITY App

If you started your charging session via the IONITY app, your invoice will be sent automatically to your email within 24 hours.

‍You can also download it directly from the IONITY app:

1. Open the app and go to “Sessions”.
2. Find the charging session you want.
3. Tap the download iconc to get your invoice.

When using a contactless payment terminal (NFC)

Invoices can be accessed via the Receipt Portal: https://receipts.ionity.eu

Please note that invoices may take up to 24–48 hours to become available in the receipt portal.

Note: If you used Apple Pay or Google Pay, please enter the last four digits of the virtual card stored in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

After entering the details, you can download your invoice as a PDF.

When starting a session via QR code / payment website

When you start a charge using the QR code / payment website, you’ll be asked if you’d like to receive an invoice.

If you select Yes, you’ll need to provide a few details so we can include them on your invoice and send it to you.

Please note: If you select No, you will not be able to download an invoice yourself later. If you require an invoice afterwards, please get in touch with our Customer Service team via this contact form and include the following details:

• Date and time of the charging session
• Name or location of the charging station
• Amount paid (please look up in your banking app)
