Customers who do not have a contract with a Mobility Service Provider (MSP) can access all IONITY charging stations via their mobile device. Customers pay per kilowatt hour (kWh).

As of early April 2026, charging stations in the UK, Germany, and France may have slightly different kWh prices depending on their location.

For the exact kWh price at a specific location, please check the IONITY App. If you charge via the IONITY QR code or payment website, the applicable price will be displayed there. When using an on‑site contactless payment terminal, the relevant kWh price will be shown directly on the terminal display.
