  • If payment is still not received, IONITY may also engage its debt collection partner, Debtist GmbH / Debtist Ltd., to recover the outstanding amount. Debtist may contact affected customers by email using an address determined by the customer’s country of residence, such as mahnungen@inkasso.debtist.de, dunning@collections.debtist.co.uk, dunning@collections.debtist.eu, or a similar Debtist email address.
