Credit balance tab in the IONITY App

In the IONITY App, you can check your credit balance by going to Profile and selecting the Credit Balance tab.
Because each charging session can vary in duration, any voucher provided by IONITY (always issued in kWh) will appear there.

During your charging sessions, the kWh you use will be automatically deducted from your credit balance. Any remaining kWh will stay in your account and be applied to your next charging session.
