Important Notice – Regarding Recent Payment Reminder Emails
You may have received a payment reminder in error. Due to a delay in our accounting system, some payments were not matched to invoices in time, which triggered the automated payment reminder email. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused. If you receive a second reminder in the next 1–2 weeks, that reminder is valid and indicates that your original payment did not go through. Customers whose payments were successfully processed will not receive any further reminders for that invoice.
Our support team is currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, which may lead to longer response times. We’re working through each request as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
