What about data protection?

Strict data protection requirements regulate the handling of customer data.

When using an RFID card or app from a Mobility Service Provider (MSP), IONITY does not have access to the customer data at all. IONITY will check with the MSP if the used ID can be authorised for charging.

The customer and payment data are stored by the MSP. Please contact your Mobility Service Provider regarding any questions on how your data is handled.
