How do I pay for charging with my IONITY Charging Card?

If you have an active Motion or Power subscription, we will use the same payment method you selected for your subscription. You can update this payment method anytime under “Subscriptions” in the app. Please note: changing your subscription payment method will also update the payment method linked to your charging card.

If you're an IONITY App customer (registered customer with no subscription), the payment method you selected when ordering your charging card will be linked to it. You can update this payment method under “Subscriptions” in the app.
