Stop charging process at the station

Please press the STOP button on the charging station. This can be found either on the station’s display or to the right of the display (middle button).

At some of our newer stations, the STOP button is silver and located below the plug holder or beneath the screen.

Please note that stopping the charging process may take a short moment. Once the charging session is complete, the connector will automatically unlock, and you can return it to its holder at the station.

Stop the charging process in the IONITY App

You can finish the charging process in the App, if you have started it there, by pressing the <STOP> button.
Once the charging session is complete, the connector will automatically unlock, and you can return it to its holder at the station.
