The charging station does not work or the display shows an error code

Here are some recommended troubleshooting steps:

  • If the error occurred already before initiating a charge, we recommend to use a different charging point at the charging station.
  • If the error occurs when trying to start a charge you should first try to resolve the error in order to activate the charging point again: please return the charging plug into the holder and try to re-start the charging process.
  • If charging is still not possible, please contact the IONITY Hotline for assistance. You can find the local phone numbers displayed on each charging point.
