‍Subscription:
Go to the Profile tab (at the bottom of the screen)

Select “Plans”

Select “Edit payment method”

Click on “Change Payment Method” and proceed

Note: If you do not have a subscription assigned yet, you can add the Credit card details during the purchase.

IONITY charging card but no active subscription:

1. Go to the Profile tab (at the bottom of the screen)
2. Select Charging card
3. Select Edit payment method

Charing session:
You can add a new card while you start a new charging session at our station. It is not possible to add a Credit card in advance.

Note: currently it is not possible to delete or remove old credit cards in the IONITY app. Please, contact our support team to do this for you.
