Change from ION to IOY in all EVSE-IDs

Please note that IONITY changed the CPO Operator ID from ION to IOY in September 2023 for operational reasons. As a result, all EVSE IDs from IONITY will now include the IOY operator ID. All EVSE ID and QR code stickers will be replaced on all chargers in our network in the coming months.

In the meantime, if you scan an old "ION" EVSE ID and QR code, you may receive an error message. In this case, please use the map or the search option in the app to manually locate the charging point you wish to use to charge your vehicle. Alternatively, you can also start the session with your RFID. The IONITY app will work with both old and new QR codes without any problems.
