What adapter is needed for charging at IONITY stations?

Different CCS (Combined Charging System) connector types are used in the different regions of the world.

In Europe the CCS Type 2 / Combo 2 plug is the preferred solution for AC (alternating current) and DC (direct current) charging. The CCS plug supplements the Type 2 plug with two additional power contacts for a quick charge function and supports AC and DC charging.

Please note, IONITY will not provide CCS adapters.
