What are the payment methods for ad-hoc charging?

For ad hoc charging, you can pay via contactless terminals or through the QR code/payment website (https://payment.ionity.eu) using the following payment methods.

‍Credit cards

- American Express - available in all countries via the payment website; at contactless payment terminals Amex currently accepted only in Germany and the UK.

- Mastercard

- Visa

Google Pay

Apple Pay

Please note: not all ofour chargers have a contactless payment terminal yet, so credit‑card payment directly at the charger is currently available only at selected locations. Atall other sites, please use the QR code/payment website to start an ad‑hoc charging session.
