How can I get invoice for my charging session?

In the IONITY app:

If you have established a user account within the IONITY App, you can find an overview about your sessions.

To do so, click on the drop-down menu located in the upper right corner.

Then, select "Charging History" from the menu that appears after clicking on the three dots. In the charging history section, you'll be able to request to “resend your receipt” to your email address linked to the IONITY App.

Please be aware that invoices may take 24-48 hours to be sent to your email address.

After starting a session with QR code/on the payment website:

When initiating a charge using the QR code, you'll be prompted whether you'd like to receive an invoice.

If you opt for yes, you'll need to provide some information so we can incorporate it into the invoice and send it to you.

If, for any reason, you didn't select this option, you can request a manual email of the invoice. To do so, we'll need a few additional details to locate it: date and time, last 4 digits of the card used for payment, and the station's name.  

After starting a session through NFC terminal:

Invoices/Receipts for the payment can be accessed via Receipt Portal by scanning the QR code on the payment terminal or visiting the website at https://receipts.ionity.eu. 

Enter the following details: Country of your charge, Date of your charge, Payment method and the last four digits of your credit card.

Note: If you used Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will need to use the last four digits of the virtual card stored in your Google Wallet or Apple Wallet.

Important: The receipt portal does not work in Safari browser. Please use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome as an alternative.

After entering the details, you will be able to download the invoice in the PDF format.
