The charger is blocked by a vehicle with a combustion engine. What can I do?
Blocking an electric vehicle (EV) charging station with a non-electric vehicle—commonly referred to as ICEing (short for Internal Combustion Engine)—remains a frequent issue. This term broadly describes situations where drivers of combustion engine vehicles occupy designated EV charging spots, preventing access for EV users.
In such cases, we recommend attempting to identify the driver of the vehicle and kindly requesting that they relocate their car. If this is not possible, please consider seeking assistance from a staff member at the service station, who may be able to help locate the driver.
