Charging via the IONITY App and the IONITY payment website (https://payment.ionity.eu) is currently not possible in Portugal. We offer an ad-hoc charging solution in partnership with a local provider (miio) instead. When you scan the QR code at the charger, you will be redirected to the website of miio to authorise the payment and start the charging session. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team, if you have any questions.
