What should I do if a charging session with my IONITY Charging Card fails?
If your charging session fails using your charging card, please first check in the IONITY App that the card is activated and functioning properly. If the issue persists, we recommend trying to start the session via the IONITY App instead. If the issue repeats at other connectors, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
