How can I authorise at IONITY?

You can use an RFID card or app from an MSP (Mobility Service Provider) to start a charge.
- To find out if your MSP works with IONITY, the best way is to check if IONITY sites are being shown in the locations supported by your MSP.
- The RFID card usually needs to be activated before it can be used. Please contact your MSP on how to do this. If it is not activated, it cannot be used to authorise a charge.
